Natural rubber (NR) is widely used in rubber products due to its excellent physical properties, inherent tackiness, and well-rounded overall performance. It is especially used in large quantities in tires, particularly heavy-duty radial tires. However, the major drawback of NR is its poor resistance to vulcanization reversion, which manifests as decreased tensile strength, reduced stress at a given elongation, lower hardness, increased elongation at break, higher hysteresis loss, and deteriorated dynamic properties. To address this, Sino Legend has developed various types of anti-reversion agents to enhance the heat resistance and reversion resistance of natural rubber.
