- A Game Expert, although he or she may not know ALL the rules, knows where to find the rules and how to make rulings based on them.
- A Game Expert is allowed to make a ruling on a game in the event of a dispute between players. Once that ruling is made, all players in the game shall adhere to that ruling for the remainder of the game without question or argument. A player that continues to fight the ruling or is argumentative shall be in violation of the Rules of Conduct.
