Rules:Radical Racers

Advanced rules for playing Radical Racers are found near the end of this page.
How To play:
1. Play the game with a complete basic deck per player.
2. A basic deck has 19 racer cards (Blue) and 19 mutant cards (Red). You can add additional cards from booster packs and rare cards (60 in all).
3. Shuffle your racer deck without looking and place it face down on the racer deck space on the game mat.
4. Shuffle your mutant deck and place it face down on the mutant deck space on the game mat.
5. Turn over the top card of racer deck. This is the racer you will compete with.
6. After each opponent has done the above the racer with the highest MPH goes first. In the event of a tie each player flips over the next racer card and continues until one has a higher MPH than their opponent. Remember the first racer card you turned over is the racer you compete with.
7. Taking turns with your opponent, turn over your mutant cards until all mutant cards 1, 2, 3, and finish space are full. Now determine the racer with the highest speed by adding up the mph on the cards. The winner is the player with the highest total mph. In the event of a tie the game is over and must restart.
Advance Play:
1. Play the game with a complete basic deck minimum per player.
2. Separate the deck into racers and mutants
3. Shuffle the racers and place them face down in the racer space on the game board. Turn the top card over on the racer deck. This is the racer you will compete with. The player with the highest mph on there racer card goes first. If both players have the same mph turn over the next card until one player has a higher mph. Remember that the first racer turned over is the one you compete with.
4. Shuffle your mutant deck and deal 6 (Amended) cards face down to yourself. Place the remaining mutant cards in the mutant space provided on the game board. Pick up your 6 cards so that only you can see them. You can decide mutant card you play when it's your turn (Only 4 can play).
5. The player with the highest mph begins play by placing one of their #1 space. Follow the instructions on the mutant card to adjust your speed. Take turns doing this until the race is over.
6. The race is over when both players have filled the "mutant card spaces" with mutant cards. In rare case the race may result in a tie or end early depending on which mutant card is played.
7. Win the race by capturing your opponents card. Do this by either beating their total mph or playing the right mutant card. Win the game by capturing All or a preset amount of your opponents racer cards.
